DP program information

  • Title of Grain passes to CHS upon unloading. 
  • DP Contracts will be issued no later than 15 days after grain delivery. 
  • Scales at time of pricing 
  • Contract signatures required withing 15 days of contract execution or grain will be priced 
  • All uncontracted bushels will be automatically enrolled in the DP program on the 15th day, unless an alternative decision is made.
